¼ cup (63g) egg whites
¼ cup (60g) unsweetened applesauce
½ cup (45g) large oat flakes
½ (15g) scoop protein powder
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1. Mix it all together
Simply mix your dry ingredients first, then add the egg whites and applesauce. You can either whisk it with a fork or throw it in the magic bullet for 30 seconds.
2. Cook it
Cook them like regular pancakes, just with a little more patience. If you want one big pancake, throw them in a pre-heated pan and then in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes or so.
3. Eat it for gains
Top these with some extra diced apples, even better when fried with cinnamon! Sugar free maple syrup, peanut butter or whipped cream would also make for a yummy stack of pancakes.
