Why is Ottawa shipping $5 flat?
If you live in Ottawa, we will personally deliver your order! In order to reduce our environmental impact, we aim to deliver once a week. If you'd like to have your order shipped or arrive by a specific date, please select a shipment option other than the flat rate and we will have it sent out with the rest of the shipped orders.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Canada typically take 3-7 business days once they've been shipped out. International orders can take longer depending on where it’s travelling, but typically range from 5-18 business days (weekends excluded!).
Your order can take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days to be prepared for shipment - Please be patient with us and feel free to reach out with any questions!
My package hasn't arrived and I'm worried. What should I do?
If you paid for tracked shipping, please be patient and stay up to date by following the tracking information updates that can be accessed through your tracking number. If you do notice something odd happening with your package in transit (e.g. the package keeps rerouting), please feel free to shoot us an email at email@example.com and we'll do our best to help sort it out for you.
Shipments without Tracking
If you chose a shipping option without tracking, it is unfortunately out of our control if your package does not arrive. This is why we encourage you to spend the little extra cash in order to make sure your package has a safe arrival. Please note: "Small Packet International Air" does not come with a tracking number.
We are always working to improve our international shipping options in order to offer tracked shipments at any selected level.
My package says 'delivered', but I never received it. Can you help?
If your package is showing as delivered but you have not received it, we will do our best to come up with a solution for you. We understand this happens, and no one loves when the post office loses their mail. We rely on transparency and honesty here to ensure those filing this complaint have truthfully not received their order.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
If you're ordering outside of Canada, we have no control over any additional customs fees that occur. We do not cover customs fees or any reimbursements related to customs fees.
What size should I buy?
For our newest collections, please feel free to see individual product descriptions. In general, we advise men stick to their "typical" t-shirt size. For women, we suggest sizing down for most t-shirts since it is a unisex fit. If you were a women's medium, try a unisex small for the t-shirts. For any women-specific items, stick to your typical size.

Can I return my purchase if needed?
Please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your issue resolved and see if you are eligible for a refund or exchange!
In general, we can return and/or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and/or customs fees, unless the item was defective when received.
How can I become an LVD sponsored athlete and/or ambassador?
We are not currently running any sponsorships for athletes. At this time, we welcome you to join the LVD family and show your support by tagging us in your photos and using #LiftDifferently to help spread the movement!
Is there a discount code I can use for my order?
We typically don't have discount codes sitting active, nor do we have ambassador or athlete codes. From time to time, we will send our email list an exclusive discount code or we'll have a special promotion run on our Instagram and Facebook page. If you can't find one readily available on these pages, there are none active.
How do I tell the world about my sweet new gear and the donation I made?
